About the Client

KD Tour is a travel agency operating in a highly competitive tourism market. Their approach is built on personal relationships and trust. Due to high cost per click, they focus primarily on customer loyalty and prefer local marketing strategies that help them compete more effectively in a demanding environment.

The Challenge and Our Customer Journey Perspective

KD Tour faced several key challenges. Their visual identity lacked consistency, the website was outdated in both design and functionality, and engagement across social media was low. There was also no automated communication in place, which created friction in the customer journey and slowed down conversions. In an industry with expensive clicks, KD Tour made a strategic choice to prioritize loyalty and local targeting. A strategy based on personal connection and long-term relationships proved to be the right path for standing out from the competition.

Process

Based on these needs, we first refreshed KD Tour’s visual style and improved the website’s responsiveness and usability. We implemented advanced features such as an automated web chat, which streamlined customer communication. Social media management was optimized and supported by targeted campaigns through Meta Business Suite, aiming to increase engagement and build a stronger community. At the same time, we focused on retention and customer relationship building.
A key element in this effort was email marketing. We designed a structured newsletter strategy that delivered regular, high-quality content tailored to different audience segments. Personalized email flows to reflect user behavior, preferences and past interactions were created using Make, Ecomail, Raynet CRM and other tools. Whether it was a recent booking, an abandoned cart, or a post-trip feedback opportunity, we made sure the flows target the correct segment in the most-converting way.
This approach not only boosted open and click-through rates, but also nurtured long-term relationships and contributed significantly to repeat bookings and brand loyalty.

Result

As a result of our efforts, KD Tour experienced a significant increase in engagement across multiple channels. Facebook reach grew by 487 percent, and the number of followers increased by 47 percent. These improvements in online visibility and customer interaction translated into greater brand awareness and helped drive sales. This confirmed the strong impact of an optimized customer journey.
