Triexpert is a leading Czech retailer specializing in running gear. With three physical stores across the country, they’ve built a strong reputation among runners thanks to their expert in-store consultants, who provide gait analysis, personalized consultations, and deep knowledge of running equipment. Triexpert is known not just for selling products, but for being a hub for the running community.
While Triexpert has a strong offline presence, their digital footprint didn’t match. Their main competitive edge—expert advice and in-person service—wasn't being effectively communicated online. Their social media, especially Instagram, had been stagnant for years. The five-year-old profile lacked traction, engagement was low, and the content failed to deliver results. The challenge was clear: revive their online presence, starting with social media.
We began with a full audit of their social channels and an internal deep-dive into how the company operates. We interviewed the team, analyzed their audience, and dissected their previous content to understand what was missing and why it wasn’t working.
We created a strategic plan to restart their social presence. Given the recent boom in running across the Czech Republic, we knew there was a hunger for quality running content. As active members of the local running community ourselves, we understood the mindset, humor, and language of the target audience.
The key focus areas were increasing post frequency, diversifying content formats, and testing what resonates with the audience. We leaned into entertaining content—memes, running-related sketches, and light-hearted videos in both Czech and English. This was designed to boost reach, work with the algorithm, and set the stage for higher-performing “sales” content.
In addition, we launched community-driven content, including runner interviews and street polls during Triexpert events, races, and local runs. We also launched their TikTok profile, expanding beyond their existing presence on Instagram and Facebook.
In the first three months of collaboration, Triexpert saw:
