It specializes in personal care, professional consultations, and a carefully curated selection of eyewear. With decades of experience and a loyal customer base, the brand has established itself as a trusted presence in the city.
The client approached us with the need to modernize their digital presence and increase brand awareness online. The brand’s existing website and social media presence felt outdated and no longer reflected the level of personal service and expertise that set it apart in the physical world.
From a Customer Journey perspective, we saw an opportunity to align the initial digital touchpoint with the in-store experience, thereby simplifying the first interaction and increasing in-store visits.
We designed an entirely new presentation website focused on clarity, simplicity, and trustworthiness. The site contains key information about services, the team, the eyewear offering, and contact details. The design is clean, responsive, and mobile-optimized. A subtle pop-up with a discount offer for new customers was added to serve as a soft call to action and encourage first-time visits.
We also produced a new set of professional photos that captured the store environment, the team at work, and the eyewear selection. These visuals were used both on the website and across social media platforms, where we unified the visual style and established a long-term content plan.
The new website significantly improved the brand’s credibility and made it easier for new visitors to navigate and engage. With high-quality photography and a consistent visual identity, the brand’s online presence now matches the real-life quality of service offered in-store. The social media content also saw higher engagement and stronger reactions from the community.
